LABS: Believing in the adage “Practice makes a man perfect”, BCHM has lab kitchens, with workstations for students to venture into the world of cookery and food production. Labs for Front Office and food & Beverage Service demonstration, are also available in form of real size Hotel Reception and full-Fledged 55 Covers Restaurant, Coffee Shop & Mock Bar.
STUDENTS ACCOMMODATION: The college has separate well furnished accommodation around the campus. However a fully operational 80rooms hotel is due to be built at the campus for accommodating the students, with real hotel experience, as it shall be run entirely by the students.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: The college maintains a “Human Resource and Development Center”. Efforts are concentrated on constant development and innovation of resource materials, to aid Hotel education in India. Also, continuous Research is conducted in variety of fields connected with the Hotel industry such as, development of best practices & customer service, knowledge of major management systems in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource Management and Quality Management and lastly understanding the impact of technology & information systems on the operation of the hotel industry.
PLACEMENT CELL: The College provides 100% assistance for placement along with career guidance. To enhance this there is an active placement cell with varied contacts & data bank of star hotels and other hospitality establishments, throughout the country & abroad. It is the only college with an appointed Industry Placement Manager, who continuously guides the students in career planning & placements.
